Is there any information available about what the modes actually do?

Also AYW got this tweak, it shows up on latest Bios 1657

Mode2 is usefull when Gkills 6000C26 or Hynix DR kits with newer PCB layout are in use, so i did Mixed Refresh tRFC sb 340 with Mode1 since i'am dealing with an A-die 8000C38 older kit also on older PCB and it's really working
