First of all I apologize for writing in English here, but I literally don't know where else to reach out to Bykski EU/EzModding because support for Bykski EU/EzModding isn't replying to my email about current ongoing support case.
So approx. a year ago I got two of N-EV3090FTW3-X blocks for my dual EVGA RTX 3090 FTW3 Ultra Gaming GPUs setup.
Due to some personal stuff, I never got a chance to actually finally build my water cooling loop until now so blocks were just sitting in their boxes until now.
Recently when I finally got around building the loop I first started by putting one of my two 3090 FTW3 GPUs on a block and I discovered two issues:
Issue one: On
BOTH blocks backplate screws simply do not fit into the standoffs as if the threads in standoffs are wrong, I tested with every single included screw into every single standoff on the block and it seems like the threads on standoffs are simply bigger than the screws themselves.
Issue two: This one is even worse, on only
ONE of my two blocks one of the 4 standoffs for spring coil screws that hold the GPU core is completely missing hence one of 4 spring coil screws cant even be screwed in.
These two issues have left me being unable to complete my build, which I need for 3D rendering and at this point I have a lots of delayed renders because of that.
One of my GPUs is mounted on a block that I cant complete assembling because due to standoffs I cannot install the backplate and the other one I cannot install neither the actual GPU due to one of 4 GPU core screw standoffs completely missing and also the same issue with backplate standoffs like first block.
So just a quick recap:
Issue present only on one block: Missing one standoff for GPU core coil spring screws
Issue present on both block: Every single backplate standoff has wrong thread.
I did contact support via mail regarding this and with some troubleshooting and me sending them a video clearly showing both issues on both of my blocks support has confirmed that most likely I somehow received both blocks with standoffs for active backplate preinstalled instead of standoffs for normal backplate and on 11. December which was Thursday I got an email telling me that they will confirm if that is indeed really what is causing the problem and that they will get back to me with a solution "Tomorrow", which was supposed to be Friday, December 12. but I never got any updates on Friday.
On Monday when I still havent got any updates the whole day I then in the evening sent follow up email asking if there are any updates, Tuesday has now passed but I still haven't heard back anything from email support.
Also, in my whole conversation with support they haven't even mentioned ANYTHING about that one missing spring coil screw standoff on one of blocks even tho I have mentioned it multiple times during email conversation and even shown it in the video I sent them, the whole conversation was only about backplate standoffs.
Please let me know what I can do to actually get this solved.
And once more, sorry for posting about it here but there is literally no other way to contact Bykski EU or EZModding, no phone, live chat or anything else, only email which is now being ignored for some reason.
If its a problem because I wrote in English here let me know and I will delete the message and repost tomorrow in German after asking a friend or one of my German speaking family members to translate it to German for me.
