watching movies in english improved you so much? i dont think so, i always have to look to the subs, cause i always want to know all the words said, but i often miss some.

i think, that the subs are too fast to read them all and follow the movie at the same time

and @ harzer_knaller: avril is hot

Watching english movies with english subtitles can be really good for you skills. We did that several time with our english teacher. We met in the evening, orderd pizza and watched quite good dvds.

watching movies or tv shows in english is good to improve vocabulary and syntax, but the problem is to understand acoustically (correct??) what they said. subtitles are a possibility to avoid that, but if i watch a movie, i dont want to spend all the time reading the fucking subtitle and miss all the precious special effects.
does anybody know black adder? rowan atkinson at his very best. dont know why they showing mr.bean all the time(which is kinda funny, too), but ignore the ingenius story of the black adders. even the german translation is funny, although i prefer the original with subtitles.

Hello my "English speaking friends" How everyone know, I was moved to Canada and lived there for some time. I´ve learned English in the school and in the association with my friends in Canada.. I think I speak good and modern English, but I do mistakes, too.

I´ve lived in Ottawa In two or three years, I will move back to Canada.. I want study there.. We will see what the future bring...
