Its not an Elite, its an Empy II. But I had the Elite before.
I had also the GT4 for quite a while now and upgraded to the Voyager. Two minor things which are improved beside of the sound:
1. Fans are quieter then on the GT4, but still noticeable. They are now locate underneath the PCB and not in the top anymore.
2. The data symbol is not flickering any more. On the GT4 and in the past 3X Reference the Data Symbol flickered. Now its stable and looks sleeker and more professional.
Talking about sound:
1. I EQ'd the Empy II slightly on the GT4 to increase the base a bit. For me thats not needed anymore. Perfect base fundament. So for me the Voyager is a bit darker/warmer then the GT4. Highs and mids are still crazy good.
2. The sound separation is kinda sharper. The GT4 is still awesome especially with the fusion core. (Have also the fusion core with the Voyager). But I would say there is a bit more air and better separation.
3. Vocals are less focused on the Voyager compared to GT4. If you are more vocal focused the GT4 might be better or you need to EQ a bit.
That are my first points about the Voyager. Is it worth the price? Kinda....

But only if you are really into it. If you are comming from a less premium device (I had a long time the xDuoo TA-22 as main device) you maybe won't hear a big difference between the GT4 or Voyager. But I had enough time to learn how the GT4 is sounding. So I can hear the little steps.
And a Plus! Only 4 Op-Amps instead of 6. So if Burson announce the 8th version, you'll save some money
For me Burson is building one of the craziest AiO units on the market and their support is top notch!
If u are going to pull the trigger for the Voyager or even the GT4 please take also the Fusion Core. I head the first month "only" the 5A Supercharger on the GT4, because Fusion Core was not in stock at that point. After receiving the Fusion Core it makes a noticeable difference right away. Highly recommend the FC over Supercharger.
Combination of Empy II and Bursons TOTL AiO is the most musical combination I heard to period (but to be fair, I had never a other TOTL AMP/DAC). But I head very good headphones with Finals D8000 Pro, Hifiman HE1000 Stealth, Meze Elite, Dan Clarks Expanse and ZMF Verite Open. Empy II won the battle. And now the Burson is its logical partner for music from another star!
