Die CPU soll nicht über 65 Grad heiß werden und über die Temperatur der Kerne schreibt Intel nichts.
@dadyxxl9 ließ die Temperatur mal im Bios aus und vergleiche, denke das ist ein BUg bei dir.
Kannst Probeweise auch mal mit Real Temp auslesen oder Everest.

1. Download the AFUDOS attachment (2.11, AFAIK this process will NOT work with newer versions)
2. Make a bootable floppy \ CD \ USB \ whatever with the BIOS you want to flash to on
3. Place the downloaded AFUDOS utility on to your chosen boot media
4. Restart
5. With (for the intentions of this example) your bootable floppy loaded and ready to go, type in the following then hit enter;
AFUDOS.EXE /iXXXXXX.ROM /PBNC /N
**XXXXXX denotes ROM filename**
Thats it! The utility will now perform a comprehensive set of checks, erasing and writing procedures. Just sit back and watch it do its thing and restart your PC when prompted.

Nein du brauchst normalerweise keinen Adapter dafür das muß so gehen.

bei Problemen mit dem flashen.
ist. Merk dir aber mal das man wenn man seine Fragen stellt diese gut erklären sollte. Hier wäre es zum Beispiel nicht schlecht wenn du Anlage und Kopfhörer nennen würdest und sagen würdest wie du die anschließen willst. Vielleicht willst du deine Anlage ja digital anschließen und hast gute Kopfhörer. Dann würde zum Beispiel für die Anlage der Onboardsound reichen, da er digital weitergegeben wird aber für die Kopfhörer bräuchtes dann auf Grund deren wahrscheinlich hoher Ohmzahl eine gute Soundkarte mit Kopfhörerverstärker. Wobei ich gerade irgendwie bezweifel das du 1000€ für Anlage und Kopfhörer ausgegeben hast.
