Die Agesa Pre-1.300 ist ein einziger Bughaufen! Habe mich mal ans Allcore-OC gewagt und was mir da widerfährt schlägt dem Fass den Boden aus. Multi x54 bei 1.20V, Temperaturlimit auf 80‘C. CCD0 hält brav die 80‘C, CCD1 dreht bis 110‘‘C und der Rechner schaltet mit lautem Klack ab. CPU ist ein 9950x3d, Mobo ein Godlike.
 
Habe mich auch noch nicht getraut zu updaten da die Berichte im Netz sehr widersprüchlich und warnend sind.
 
Ist AGESA AM5 1.3.0.0a selbst noch BETA wegen dem "a"?!
Verteilt AMD überhaupt AGESA Updates im BETA Status?

Ein Pre Bios ist ja aufjedenfall noch BETA.
 
Meines Wissens ist der Buchstabe Teil der Versionsnummer und hat mit einem eventuellen Beta-Status nichts zu tun.
Aber Achtung, Halbwissen.

Auf meinem ASRock läuft AGESA 1.3.0.0a problemlos.
Folgend der Link zum entsprechenden BIOS für X870E Taichi OCF, welches ich direkt von ASRock erhalten habe.
Gibt es bisher online nicht zum Download. Kann ich hier nicht hochladen, Datei zu groß.

Heute mal den riesen Sprung von 0825 auf 1642 auf dem ASUS ROG-STRIX-X870-I-GAMING gemacht.
AGESA 1.2.0.2b zu AGESA 1.3.0.0a :d

Zum Glück erstmal ohne Probleme bisher.

Muss sagen ich betreibe meinen 9800X3D aber auch komplett default und nur per Core Optimizer alle Kerne -20.
Hatte selbst mit dem uralt AGESA nie Probleme.

Heute mal wieder alles geupdated.. Bios + Chipsatz auf 8.01.20.513 + sämtliche Treiber für den Rest.
War quasi alles noch Stand als der 9800X3D erschienen ist :)

Soeben die 2102 Beta auf meinem ASUS X870E-E WIFI installiert. Hatte vorher die 2004 Version mit dem "Pre" 1.3 AGESA installiert. Mir sind beim neuen BIOS keine Änderungen aufgefallen. Spannungen/ Temperaturen etc. alles wie vorher. Installiere normalerweise keine "Beta BIOSe" Der Beitrag von "Gerd Weller" hat mich etwas aufgeschreckt.

Guten Abend,

ich habe eine Frage zu dem neuesten Asrock-BIOS 4.10: Gibt es dort einen Bug, der verhindert, dass man den Refresh-Modus von „Mixed” wieder auf „Normal” ändern kann? Ich habe im entsprechenden CBS-Menü alle Optionen durchprobiert, aber nichts ändert sich.

Offene Probleme​

  • Nach der Installation der AMD-Chipsatz-Installationssoftware Version „7.xx.xx.xx“ können Benutzer die Version „6.xx.xx.xx“ oder frühere Versionen nicht mehr installieren.
  • Workaround:
  • Deinstallieren Sie die neueste Version der AMD-Chipsatz-Installationssoftware (Version 7.xx.xx.xx oder höher).
  • Löschen Sie den Ordner „Qt_Dependencies“ unter „C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\Chipset_Software\“.
  • Installieren Sie eine ältere Version des AMD Chipset Installers (Version 6.xx.xx.xx oder früher).
  • Auf einem nicht englischsprachigen Betriebssystem werden einige Treiberbezeichnungen möglicherweise in Englisch angezeigt.
  • Gelegentlich kann es vorkommen, dass Ryzen PPKG nicht installiert oder aktualisiert werden kann.
  • Der AMS- und S0i3-Filtertreiber weist auf nicht englischsprachigen Betriebssystemen Probleme auf.

Known Issues​

  • After installing the AMD Chipset Installer version “7.xx.xx.xx”, users cannot install version “6.xx.xx.xx” or earlier.

    • Delete the “Qt_Dependencies” folder located at "C:\Program Files (x86)\AMD\Chipset_Software\".

  • On a non-English OS, some driver names may appear in English.

An alle User, welche ein Godlike haben: Das A60 scheint stabil. Allerdings habe ich mich noch nicht ans Allcore-OC gewagt. Problem war ja da, dass das BIOS alle Limits aufgehoben hatte.

Bisher aufgefallen ist:
Sehr kurzer Boot
Die Curve kann man viel entspannter einstellen
Die M2s werden bei Fullspeed alle erkannt (Gen4)
Die Spannungen für SoC und den Ram kann man auch ordentlich nach unten drücken.
