I have a very similar problem with a 1050 where a valid EEPROM is detected, but NVFlash doesn't. I checked with an oscilloscope and the BIOS isn't even loading (CE is enabled for about 5 us, but no data is output). I tested and flashed the EEPROM with an external tool, and it works perfectly.

Likely its not worth to put much effort into these old budget cards.
Aber GK106, das ist GM107 was da gepostet wurde, ich würde mal hier gucken: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-gtx-660.c895
Kommt natürlich drauf an was für eine Karte es ist, vermutlich eine GTX 660. Mit Glück findest du das exakte Modell und BIOS auf der Seite. Wenn es da nicht ist könnte man maximal auf Reddit fragen.
