muss ich ein bios update machen?

ich hab ein GA-K8NS-939 mit nvidia nForce 3 ultra chipset amd athlon 64 cpu 3200 +1,8 ghz,hab noch nie einen bios update gemacht hab mein pc schon 3-4 jahre,wüsste gerne ob ich den machen muss und wie ich den mache,danke.

Nein, musst net machen. Es sei denn, irgendwas wird net richtig vom BIOS erkannt.

Ja, ich bitte freundlich darum Im Handbuch steht das erklärt. Bei so alten Boards geht das leider nicht so wie heute auf die schnelle mit nem USB-Stick, da muss meist ne Diskette oder CD her (oder man flasht unter Windows, wovon ich allerdings abrate).

Aber wie gesagt nicht notwendig wenn alles läuft wies soll.
Schau halt mal welche BIOS-Version du drauf hast und was die aktuellste alles besser könnte. Diese Infos findest du beim POST und auf der HP deines Mainboardherstellers.
