I was playing last night and noticed the game was jittering and stuttering quite a bit. Major FPS dips. It had been running butter smooth through the entire campaign, 20+ hours of gameplay. After some googling, I found that joining a clan can cause this issue.
Some people say it causes a memory leak, others say it's trying to pull the roster from the servers, and failing, constantly.
To fix it for myself, I didn't leave my clan. I changed the Battle.net server from US to Europe. The major stuttering cleared up and I get to remain in my clan. Hopefully they fix this soon though because I'm playing on EU servers from the USA now...

Wobei ich das Heal Feld eigentlich eh nur immer kurz nutze da ich nicht der Typ bin der ständig an einer Stelle bleibt..
