I can stick with 1.6 to 1.63v. Raising it is useless. In fact I would not be surprised if it is stable below 1.6v.
As you already know, with Sandy Bridge it's pointless to go beyond 1.668v but some chips have dead zones you can apply 1.8v and gain over 100MHz, if you don't mind risking the memory controller dying.
I have a lot of Sandy Bridge units; I don’t sell them, I just keep them in the memory drawer
