[Vista x64] knarzender / knackender Ton

Ja Moin liebe Community,

ich hab da seit ein paar Wochen ein äußert nerviges Problem. Ich kann den Zeitpunkt leider nicht genau bestimmen, aber seit ungefähr 4-5 Wochen habe ich in fast jedem Mediaplayer, Youtube und Konsorten einen knackenden Ton, wenn ich mit meiner Maus scrolle (vornehmlich im Web, aber bei Ordner kann ich nicht so viel scrollen).
Ich habe das Forum hier durchsucht, gegoogelt wie ein Weltmeister, aber unter mehreren Schlagwörtern nichts gefunden - zumindest nichts was hilft.

Zu meinem System

Intel Q6600 C0 @ 2,66 GHZ
4 GB
MSI P35 Neo2 FR (Onboard Sound in Benutzung, Problem tritt aber auch unter anderen Soundkarten auf)
Logitech MX 5500 Revolution (Bluetooth Maus und Tastatur) => Bluetooth Reciever

Ich tippe ja auf einen Hardwareseitigen Konflikt - hab auch manchmal den IRQ not less or equal-Bluescreen. Unterstützend hierfür ist auch, dass das Problem so auch mit einer X-Fi Xtreme Music auftritt (mehrere PCI Slots ausprobiert). Ich bin mit meinem Latein völligst am Ende.
Alle Treiber sind aktuell (Stand: Sonntag, 21.06.2009) und auch schon mehrmals erneuert oder "veraltet" worden. Kein Erfolg.

Ich habe jetzt mehrere Ansätze über die ich leider auch nicht weiterkomme:

1) Festplatte bzw. Controller (2x SATA Platten)

2) 4GB Ram als Problemverusacher (Ramtest ohne Auffälligkeiten)

Falls ihr noch mehr Informationen benötigt, schreibt es bitte einfach rein - wenn es was spezielleres ist, am besten direkt mit kleiner Anleitung wo ich was finde.

Ich denke auch das es am Bluetoothmodul liegt.Eventuell ist ein Treiberupdate notwendig.Hast du verschiedene USB Ports getestet ?

Also, ich hab jetzt Vista neu drauf und es war problemlos bis ich die aktuellen Treiber für meine 8800 GTS 512 aufgespielt habe. Danach war und ist das knarzen wieder da. Auch bei älteren Versionen des Treibers. Könnte das 'ne Einstellung im Bios sein?!
