Die iGPU natürlich schon, das A520M-A PRO Mainboard aber nicht.
Und die iGPU befindet schon weit über 10 Jahre bei fast jeder neuen Kiste natürlich in der CPU (oder auch nicht) und nicht auf dem Board!

Ganz ganz genau gehört dein 12 Jahre altes 880GMA E45 zur vorletzten Generation von Boards (Chipsätzen), wo die iGPU sich noch auf dem Board befand und natürlich im AMD 880G Chipsatz desselbigen:
