ASUS Striker Extreme vs. Commando

Hi leute !

Welches Mobo ist die bessere Wahl? Striker oder Commando?
Darauf soll ein E4300 / E6300 übertaktet werden.

Restliche Hardware:
Zalman CNPS9700 NT
ASUS EN8800GTS/HTDP, 320MB GDDR3
OCZ Titanium Alpha VX2 DIMM Kit 2048MB PC2-8000U CL4-4-4-15
OCZ GameXStream 700W ATX 2.2

Hat man auf dem 860i nen großen Performance Vorteil?
Der Speicher kann ja unabhängig vom CPU FSB laufen und der VX2 lässt sich gut hochschrauben.
SLI/eSata werd ich bestimmt nie nutzen, gibts sonst noch Vorteile vom Striker?

Gute Frage.

DASS würde mich auch sehr interessieren da ich mir grundsätzlich auch die Frage Asus P965 oder Asus 680i stelle.

Mein Fazit, glaube ich - überzeugt mich anderweitig - auch mit Blick auf den Preis, ist, dass das Asus P5N32-E SLI wohl die cleverste Lösung ist...

Alternate listet, wie ich gerade eben sehe, auch (mal wieder) ein Striker (ohne Extreme) für 274 Euro, also 25 weniger als das Extreme. Leider ohne Produktinfos...

Nun ja das Striker hat zwar enormes OC potenzial , aber die stärken spielt es gerade für die Leute aus die ,die etwas besondere Grafik Power benötigen/wollen.

Ich empfehle dir das Comando , es sollte für deine ansprüche die bessere wahl sein. Zu dem ist es auch erheblich günstiger und wurde ja gerade für die OC Freaks gebaut

Tests findest du auch hier in denn passenden Sammeltreats....

- fehlt dem Striker also ein wenig Spielkram, worauf ich verzichten würde...
- schein zus. auch nur eine normale Heatpipe zu haben

Ist die ASUS EN8800GTS/HTDP, 320MB GDDR3 auf einem Nvidia Chipsatz schneller? Oder ist das egal?
