Salutation/title (Doctor, Mr, Ms, Master, Not specified)
Technical customer codes
Customer type (Individual, Professional)
Date of last login to the customer web account
Date of registration on the website
Your bank details (bank account details, card number), login credentials and passwords were not affected.
What measures have we taken?
As soon as the incident was detected, we:
completely isolated the affected solution;
reviewed our access strategy for the affected systems;
notified the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) of this incident, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
What are the risks for you?
The data concerned could be used in attempted fraud or phishing attacks. We therefore urge you to remain particularly vigilant in the coming weeks.
How can you protect yourself?
Do not click on any link received by email or SMS without first verifying the authenticity of the sender and the destination address (find out more:

Never disclose your personal data, login credentials or bank details by email, SMS or telephone;
Our teams will never ask you for your password, bank details or to change your bank account details through these channels. If you receive a suspicious call or message claiming to be from LDLC, do not respond and contact us directly through our usual channels.
