I already see that but what I actually want is a description of each of the power sections there? Like what does RAIL, TDP, Power Target really signify? What do you mean each generation have their own descriptions?

I still don't understand. Are those two pictures related? The kbe1 does not show the same power sections as the one in kbe2. This is evident by the vertical scroll bar in each picture.
