Can anyone recommend a ssd with 250 or 500 GB for optiplex 3060 considering it only has pcie 2 gen4 doesn't makes sense. Any recommendations for 24*7 usage for home server?

I have M90q Gen3 with 12100 and idles around 7.1W with windows 11 with 8gb ddr5 and 250 GB ssd gen4. I have measured using core temp is there a u other software to meaasure the watt in windows?

I3-8100t vs 12100T more concerned about power consumption

Basic use case is plex with low power consumption. Not sure about G7400T power consumption does gold processor consume very less power than i3 8100t
