Hi,
hab mich für den oben genannten Router entschieden. Naja ich habe nun zum Anfang gleich ein Problem, und zwar kann ich kein Firmware Update drauf spielen. Wenn durch Firefox auf den Router connecte und ich auf "upload File" klicke dann kommt "Fehler: Verbindung unterbrochen". Mit dem IE7 kommt eine Fehlermeldung, dass ich die Datei überprüfen soll. Naja habe verschiedene Firmware Version versucht sowie auch wieder eine eine englische Firmware drauf zuspielen (Standard).
Die Datei ist halt eine Iso.
Update Anleitung von Netgear:
(1) Warning: after the firmware upgrade, you might have to reset the router to its default configuration. Please write down all settings you have changed, since you may need to reenter them manually.
(2) Download the firmware to a convenient place such as your desktop.
(3) Log in the router. It is at http://192.168.1.1 if you did not change the router’s IP address.
(4) Click Maintenance > Router Upgrade.
(5) Click Browse and locate the file you just downloaded.
(6) Click Upload. While the firmware is loading, do not interrupt the upgrade process.
(7) The router reboots when the upgrade is complete.
(8) After the router boots up, log in the router again.
(9) Click Maintenance > Backup Settings.
(10) Click Erase.
(11) The router reboots when the Erase operation is complete.
(12) To check that the upgrade was successful, log in to the router again at http://192.168.1.1 and check the firmware version.
