.NET Framework 2.0: Installationsfehler

Hallo,

ich habe mir das "Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Redistributable (x86)" heruntergeladen und wollte es installieren.
Am Anfang der Installation werden Dateien kopiert. Hier kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:

"Extracting file failed. It is most likely caused by low memory (low disk space for swapping file) or corrupted Cabinet file."

Anschliessend muss ich auf OK gehen und die Installation wird abgebrochen.

Mein System ist Folgendes:
Laptop: Pentium 4 2,66GHz, 512MB RAM, 40GB-HDD.

Ich habe es auf meinem Desktop-PC installiert und da hat es funktioniert. Dieser hat: AMD 3200+, 1024MB RAM, 40GB-HDD.

Was kann da nicht stimmen? Bitte helft mir.

ist genug speicher frei?oder die datei ist beschädigt.
lade sie dir nochmal neu, wenn du genügen freien haben solltest.

Das braucht ne ganze Menge Platz auf dem Systemlaufwerk. Sorge mal dafür, das dort min. etwa 1 GByte frei ist !
