e6400 übertakten... bitte um hilfe :)

moin leute.

habe ein asus p5b, ein c2d 6400 (codename "conroe" in cpu-z... dachte das ist ein "allendale" !? :? ), Radeon x1950xt und 2gb g.skill 800er 4.4.4.12. ram.
Als Lüfter kommt ein zalmann cpns9xxx led zum Einsatz.
Wollt nun fragen was da so seitens übertakten geht und worauf ich achten sollte.

btw. bin ein oc VOLLNOOB!
