    [Sammelthread] Der DDR1 Ram-Chip Thread

It looks like that you've won a ticket on Nanya lottery! :D I have some sticks with 256Mbit CT-5T and CS-5T and they are very similar when comes to overclocking: around 250 MHz 3-4-4 2T 2.7 - 2.8 V.

Well... this "dot" close to one of corners looks like PSC to me... But I don't have idea how it might perform...

    Well, there at least 3 "kinds" of CS-5T (photos of my sticks): 256 Mbit - averange clocker (< 250 MHz 3-4-4 2T): 512 Mbit - good clocker (> 260 MHz 2,5-3-3 2T, boots on 2-2-2 2T). Hole has similar size, but it has a bit different shape: 512 Mbit - good clocker (> 260 MHz 2,5-3-3 2T...

BS-5T will at least boot at 200 MHz 2-3-2, but they are significantly worse clockers comparing to CS-5T and they won't scale over 2,75 V in my case. This small "hole" on ICS-es looks similar, but it is not so close to the edge: My stick results on s478 (SPI 16M): 2-3-2-6 2T - 201 MHz 2,75 V...

    [Sammelthread] Der DDR1 Ram-Chip Thread

I found some interesting sticks in my box with RAM ;) All tests were done on (as previously): P4 2400 MHz HT FSB 800 MHz (Northwood D1 SL6WF): HT disabled, 1,6 - 1,7 V P4C800-E Deluxe: BIOS 1024 beta 001, PAT enabled, Command Rate: 2T Windows XP SP2 A-Data AD1U400A1G3-B 1024 MB DS (Samsung...

Thanks for the tip! Unfortunately, BIOS doesn't allow me to set 5:4 divider when CPU with FSB 800 MHz is used (it is available only for 533 MHz CPUs). But I'll try to downgrade BIOS - maybe this options is available in older ones.

    [Sammelthread] Der DDR1 Ram-Chip Thread

Hey guys! Just wanted to share some of my test results. All tests were done on: P4 2400 MHz HT FSB 800 MHz (Northwood D1 SL6WF): HT disabled, 1,6 - 1,675 V P4C800-E Deluxe: BIOS 1024 beta 001, PAT enabled Windows XP SP2 I've used SPI 16M to check stability. Elixir 1 GB CS-5T (doublesided)...
