IMC on the CPU is the limiting factor, i'm very happy with the memory:d It was clearly the best when i was binning CL26 @ 6400MT/s with different memory sets For CL32 8000MT 1.51VDD is required CL30 8000MT/s needs 1.71 VDD The only drawback is that they dont like GDM disabled above 8200MT/s...

I'm a little bit busy binning new 9950X3D's cpus, but since you asked, I have done a r23 run with only enabling PBO in bios with zero CO value. (stock "2x" fit value) LLC = auto (=7 out of 1-8 where 8 have the least vdroop) Getting around ~275w PPT load in R23 multi

The 9950X3D clocked lower than the 9950X. And I didn't want to go over 300 W. The difference in the result is about 0.5%, so pretty much exactly between runs.
