ARCTIC 420. Stock fans in pull. Rad mounted in front of Fractal Torrent tubes down. Tubes up air circulation In loop causes slightly higher temps.

I get similar temps with AIO. My ambient temp is approx 22.5c No washer mod. I use liquid metal(Conductonaut) instead of thermal paste.

Heads up for z690 Strix d4 bios 812 is a mess for 2x8 b die. It makes no sense to me as 812 is best bios for me with DR b die. Issue is with rebooting. Settng that boot on 2x8 will blue screen the next boot. Didn't spend a lot of time testing. Just a heads up. It may work for you, didnt for me...
