I had bad results with the first delid of my 7950X.. Long story short, end result was a cracked IO die since i was increasing mounting pressure more and more because of the bad temperature spread i were getting. :mad: This is how a cracked IO die looks: :angel: But i had much better results...

So i finally dialed 100% in my memory settings on the AM5 platform with DDR5 and a 7950x. In the end i landed on 6200MT/s @ 28-36-36-28 with tweaked subs and FCLK at 2200mhz.;) There is a lot of stuff going on in screenshot below, so i will break it up little:) Memory performance benchmarks...
