the 5805 should do 700read easy but i only get above 600read @ 4x indeed.. the same 4x ssd @ 1231ml 2GB http://www.forumdeluxx.de/forum/showpost.php?p=10791090&postcount=650 the 2GB cache came with the controller.. i dont have 256MB to test with.. but ill test 2GB/1GB @ hdtune
