Ok, so i have a problem, i am from Romania, so my billing address is in Romania, but i cant select Romania. This could affect my order? because I manage to put it in the basket but always when I give place order it takes me to the main page, this time I managed to put a video card in the basket...

so last week and this week I managed to add a video card to the cart and get to "place order" but when I clicked place order it returned me to the main page .. What is the reason?
