I had one Dr. Expert that had vga issues. When looking good there was some orange stuff on it. I cleaned it many times and in the end it now works. My second pcie slot did post, that is how I noticed it should work.

Sempron 3200+ Palermo (s939) at 3705MHz. And validated at 3719MHz: https://valid.x86.fr/5imuwn Running1.94v (1.920v) and -55C to -59C range. I was pre testing it for cold. A true rocketship. I wish it was unlocked.
