I did not try higher with this voltage. I have Gigabyte 460 OC 1 GB. And temps ( with custom fan profile ) 60 C at 70% fan in OCCT after 30 mins ( i saw OCCT overheats my GPu more then furmark ) this all in a Antec P182 with 3 Scythe Gentle Typhoons 2x 1150 RPm 1 at 800rpm :)

What i noticed about F3 bios is: same as F2 ( 4 power states ) BUT u can undervolt it under 1.0v for example i have mine at 0.912 in Msi Afterburner. I also noticed an increase in fan RPM speed by ~200 at same temperature. Hope this helps :) One question: if i lower my voltage to 0.912 from...
