Is anyone running freenas on the xeon version? Could you give me some idea on the idle power draw? AFAIK freenas won't use any sleep states on the CPU so it may be different than the reported stats in the OP I have the pentium version and am thinking of upgrading

So it isn't coil whine but the piezo buzzer? Some leakage current maybe?

Does it make the whine all the time when it's on, or just when off but still switched on at the mains?

Hey guys, I'm curious about the idle power consumption with the G3220, in the OP there are many users with the Xeon but the G3220 results are all higher. Does the xeon give lower idle power usage compared to the pentium, or is that just because of the users configuration? Also I've seen a few...
