Yeah, at the moment employee told me about second company that held my RMA request I thought the same as you. I couldn't blame them at first because they confirmed that they send my memory modules the next day. But they didn't told me that it wasn't shipped directly do G.Skill. I will wait for...
As for yesterday it was "processing" or something like that. I had send my memory modules for RMA through shop in which i bought them. I will try to get ticket number from them.

Is it normal that my RMA procedure takes about a month? And still no answer? How much more time I will have to wait? Definitely my last purchase of G. Skill. My computer is useless for over 4 weeks.
