I just deactivated "Native ASPM" in BIOS, now ASPM is enabled on the NIC!!! :) Thank you for the help!! I think the only component preventing the system from reaching higher C-states is the SATA controller, but it looks like it's unsupported, what's your advice?- galados

Thank you. I will try this. Does this mean that unless a driver comes out for ASM1062 that supports it I cannot reach C states lower than C3?- galados

Yes I ran both --configure and --autotune, the system now only reaches C3- galados
