Ab sofort steht der neue 3DMark zum Download bereit. Vorerst beschränkt sich Futuremark auf die Version für Windows - Android, iOS und Windows RT sollen später folgen. Der neue 3DMark beinhaltet je einen Test für DirectX 9-, DirectX 10- und DirectX 11-Hardware. Für alle Plattformen wird es eine kostenlose Basis-Edition geben. Außerdem soll eine Advanced Edition für Enthusiasten und eine Professional Edition für Business-Nutzer angeboten werden.
